Poor pay structure (WSR'S are capped at $10 unless you move up in management) and the company trends to hire outside the company for open management positions Poor leadership choices from the company (my current manager has been here for about 3 months and I still have to tell her how to do basic store functions, and I was able to do these functions by myself for the 2 months we did not have a manager in the store) Management at the store level have little power to do anything to solve customer service related problems Company feels they need to give the same level of coaching to employees that regularly hit and exceed their goals as with the the employees who don't hit their goals Management is not very approachable with problems or concerns, and you get the feeling they don't really care all that much about how you feel. No cameras and very little security in the buildings (although I hear this is changing soon)
