      Always respectful, always willing to work with your schedule, and always willing to help

      Cons

      Some customers can be a pain, can't make everyone happy. Doesn't matter what job you have, if it's dealing with the public there are going to be jerks.

      Pros

      Opportunity, Value and Team. This company truly lives by these core pillars. Always looking to improve based on real feedback that all team members from the bottom up supply. Work life balance, communication, vision and solid company leadership.

      Cons

      Training has improved so much since I started with the company but still have a few more bugs that need to be worked out. Need to update training and coaching material in the system a little quicker.

      Growing, listens to the team via employee surveys, experience@email, chain of communication, opportunity to move up, good pay, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Being that the company is growing there are growing pains form time to time but it can be expected
