Some good leadership, great teams if you get a good mangers, discounts on phone plan
Cons
They definitely at the time i was there had to high of expectations for the economy, they also had unrealistic expectations of how long phone calls can take when it comes to people having issues with their phone. The store was told one thing and in office reps are told something different.
