Hello, thank you for your review. At Russell Cellular, we strive to provide the best employee experience we can to our team members. We are sorry you felt you were taken advantage of during your employment with our company. We try to treat each team member with respect and ensure everyone is treated equally. As we understand, our compensation packages do not always align with all of our team member’s needs. We regularly adjust and make changes to our compensation packages to help our team members to try to maximize their pay. Our Paid Sick Leave (PTO) policy is designed to help our team members over the whole year. Our company restricts days so our team members do not have to worry about using all of the Paid Sick Leave before the year is half over. Our policy does state however, you can use more than 2 sick days per quarter if you do not use them in the quarters prior. This allows our team members to use the Paid Sick Leave in abundance if something major comes up!
