Thank you for the review! We are happy to see you thought it was a fun job with new tech. On the other hand, we are very concerned about your comments of scamming customers and termination for people telling the truth. This is not our company culture at all and we would love to hear details about these items so we can look into these matters. Ideally, if there is area for us to improve here, we are all ears! If you have a chance to provide feedback via our website that would be great! Thank you again for the review.

Pros

The only good thing about working here is the people you work with daily, they are extremely friendly and great people.

Cons

The company is a joke, they pay terrible wages, literally not enough to pay bills. They tell you all the joys of working for them but from the first day you start you find out that it's all a lie. The management has no communication, and if they don't know an answer, they will just fabricate one to make you happy. When you try to follow up on their answer later, they just ignore your calls. the management team will argue about every little thing, and throw a fit when things aren't going their way, they will never say it in person, only through email. Literally the only thing the management cares about is their commission, nothing else. If they arent on pace to make money they refuses to really help. When you quit, even if you do it the correct way by turning in a notice and waiting out the 2 weeks, you will find out later they are now bad mouthing you, claiming you did things you never did. When you contact human resources all they will tell you is how you were accused of something months ago, but can't really explain why no one told you about it. They won't help you clear your name to prove you didn't do anything wrong when you left. It's a sad pathetic excuse for a company. Talk to any person employed their when they aren't on the clock, they will tell you the same thing.

Thank you for the review! We are happy that you enjoyed the people you worked with daily. With that said, we are disappointed to hear about the rest of your experience with our organization. We offer opportunities to share feedback both, with your name attached to it, and anonymously via email, employee surveys, hotline numbers, etc. We would welcome more feedback via one of these avenues so we can learn from this situation and enhance the experience for the next employee. In addition, by providing us some more feedback, we can prevent any issues in relation to what the current team may or may not be saying. Once again, thank you for the review and please reach out to us so we can make the next employee has a great experience!

Pros

- Fast, friendly and knowledgeable direct help line. (Solutions) - middle management - the customers - quick updates on promotions and product pricing.

Cons

- The pay scale is far below industry standards. Both base and compensation - Commission structure is a nightmare, and changes all the time, and it just gives them multiple ways to reduce the amount of commission they have to pay out to employees. - excessively high quotas to even receive commission. (meaning they won't even pay you for what you did sale if you don't sale a certain amount.) - you constantly feel pressured and micro-managed . - they are quick on payroll deductions. -you're better off getting insurance on your own. -no 401k -frown upon use of vacation days or any time off. -high turnover because of all the above reasons.

Dear former employee, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Sales is a very demanding world. A pressure to sell and hit numbers will always be there, but we never want you to feel like you are under appreciated or that management is supportive.
