      Lot of work for little pay

      Pros

      You get to eat plenty of candy & ice cream, paid vacation, help & advise people on their purchase, you don't have to to work early

      Cons

      Can be quite unorganized especially at holidays, very poor pay increases no matter how good the review, you get paid the same as the laziest person in your store, there are people who do whatever they want on company time which is NOT working, and never get written up, let alone fired, just as long as there's a body to stand at the cash register while others do ALL the real work.

      Like the 10 hour shifts and the three day week-ends. havent made it quite to my 90 day probation period yet so guess time will only tell if im cut out for this type of job or not.

      Cons

      understand that product must meet costumer demands but I have seen some childish behavor come with working for this company. Seems at times its kinda ran like a grade school. employees telling on each other for what ever reason and lot of blame games and so called bosses between employees with more time under there belts. have to watch what you say and do, due to the fact that someone else might get offened and get called to the office for hear say stuff. Real childish like games go on between employees every day.

      Pros

      Decent salary, company car, no office to report to, your boss only comes every 3 months to ride along with you.

      Cons

      Drive over 5000 miles a month. have to deal with grocery managers and receivers, and they aren't easy to get along with.
