Pros

You get to work with chocolate. You can earn more responsibilities and work your way up in the company. You get to make people happy by selling them chocolate. You get to work with food but not in a highly stressful or fast paced environment (excluding v-day).

Cons

The District Manager was horrible. They were closing our store and told us we'd get a nice bonus if we stayed on. A two digit number starting with a 1 isn't exactly what we were expecting. Last I heard though they fired the DM so hopefully things are looking up.
