      Pros

      This is a place where you feel work with freedom. You have all rights to take your decision and the management always welcome your thoughts at the same time. Transparent relations with managers makes this company beyond your satisfaction. Being an offshore employee there is a great coordination with my manager siting in US. My manager seems to be the best person I had worked till now. Understands me well and respect my ideas and resolve the queries I have anytime. Senior Management in US are so supportive and best people in the industry.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel left behind as in terms of growth being an offshore employee. I see growth of myself in the company but still have not got any. I have kept my fingers crossed expecting the things will be changed and I will see myself at another level. Senior management local in offshore office are OK (10/6)

      Hands down, the best thing about this firm is the people that work alongside you on a day to day basis Firm strongly encourages individuality as well as highlighting strengths versus weaknesses; not your average staffing establishment where everyone is put to the grind with the same unrealistic and grueling metrics Leadership really cares about your growth and improvement as a professional The parent company, PRIDE Global, fosters an amazing culture (creative office environment, nespresso machine to ave everyone hundreds of dollars in morning and afternoon coffee, quarterly soul cycle/paint night/team building events

      Need to improve internal communications across the company Fast growth rate can sometimes cause confusion amongst pre-existing employees; do a better job of making the team aware and acclimating new hires into the culture
