      Prompt responses. That's about it.

      Cons

      Didn't understand the work I was looking for and had to constantly be corrected. Offered a job outside of my area of knowledge and offered no clarifications. Didn't even know what states I was looking to work in and had to be corrected. I'm reasonably certain the recruiter I tried to work with wanted nothing to do with me and was running me around the bush.

      Pros

      Very professional, has a reputation with big companies. I was hired on permanent at my assignment in 8 months. This company is gracious to their contractors, paid for my parking, etc. I've worked with many agencies and Russell Tobin had between the best by far!

      Cons

      I have no complaints. This is a great company. Very on top of things.

      Pros

      I am a recent college grad, and I was struggling for months with getting a job that I would really love. My recruiter at RTA helped me get my foot in the door at my dream company. Lizzy Miller has been an absolute PLEASURE to work with--she answers all my crazy questions, and she's very positive. I think it is very important to be able to connect with your recruiter, and Lizzy did just that. She helped me prepare for my interview, and was there every step of the way. So glad to be a part of this wonderful organization. :)
