As a young professional who just entered the workforce, RTA has really made an impact on the beginning stages of my career. From my initial interview with RTA up until my placement with the company I now consult at, there was an associate in Minneapolis who was always there to encourage me and willing to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond to help me sort out my professional goals and pair me up with one of RTA's outstanding clients. Glad to be working for this great organization!

Absolutely the best company to work for. The hiring prices was quick and easy. There was always someone available to answers any questions! Their staff is awesome!

Cons

Position ended. It was have been nice to obtain a permanent position.

Depending on your manager, you may have quite a bit of opportunity to chose how you want to develop professionally. Lots of ERPs and opportunities to contribute outside your day to day tasks.

Cons

Company doesn't have a good handle of talent engagement, budgeting, or developing leadership. Highly metric driven. Lots of room for uncertainty or guesswork in general.
