Learning that there's much better out there

Most everything. I can go on and on about everything the company does wrong, how leadership can't lead, or how poorly people are treated. All you need to know is that the company asks current employees to write good reviews about the company to increase their visibility... and it's less asked but instead demanded. Most of the good reviews on Glassdoor are from candidates that the company placed which makes the rating look way too good. If you're an actual full time employee of RTA you understand just how miserable it is. I don't believe the company hires anyone over 30 and unless you're buddy buddy with Tim and Leo enjoy the short stint.

Facility is nice to come to, the gym is nice as well.

Cons

The CEO is a class-A narcissist that holds the entire company captive in a 1 hour monolog weekly - specifically talking about Leo. Tim Tobin is an angel.

If you're looking to coast on a base salary with no commission, could be a good fit.

Cons

One owner doesnt treat the company like human beings (Made everyone come back into the office end of may 2020 during covid) and the other owner doesnt have a backbone to stand up to the first one.
