Pros

The work is easy because the managers are awful at their jobs.

Cons

Pretty much everything else; bad pay, terrible managers, capricious policy, etc.

Pros

The people you work with are usually great. They pay for the benefit plan. Matched pension

Cons

This is Canada specific. DO NOT join but if you must - they really struggle hiring good talent so shoot high and ask for more (they're desperate) Extremely toxic environment Everything is micromanaged Very small or no raises/promotions/signs of appreciation They don't replace people leaving so work gets absorbed by others for no additional pay. - extremely understaffed. Your mental health will suffer.
