Pros

Everyone was very nice. The interview process was extremely easy. You have the option to shadow other departments to see if another area interests you.

Cons

It was my first experience in a corporate culture and I really didn't enjoy it. It was almost cultish. Not to mention, the work/life balance seemed poor.

Pros

Competitive pay is the best thing about RO, but at some point, even the pay isn't worth it.

Cons

Poor management. Corporate is disconnected from the realities of the plant and undermines the efforts of manufacturing to deliver product to the customer. The company gives lip service to creating a great work environment, continuous improvement, safety and use of best practices. However, when the rubber meets the road, profits are 'king' and teamwork is thrown out the window in favor of shifting blame to someone else.
