Pros

After 5 years you qualify for a pension plan which is okay.

Cons

New management couldn't schedule or plan Thier way out of a wet paper bag. Super micromanaging and pre Madonnas as employees. People have been Thier 20-30 years all employees think they are in charge it's a culture you don't want any part of. The new production manager is the worse manager socially I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Run from this place. The new site manager has no personal skills either like working for robots. That are rude and disrespectful most days talking down to people while being abrasive and indecisive.
