Pros

Great benefits in all vectors. The company has all of the right tools and programming needed to get the job done.

Cons

Unreal overtime demanded from April to September. Also the seniority basis for which vacation and other time is based means that you have to wait 10 or more years to get a long weekend off for a holiday because someone with more seniority already has them marked off. That was one of the main reasons I left. Also it matters who you went to high school with. An outsider will not get the chance to move up the same as someone who schooled with the boss / supervisor.

Pros

Great Pay, Friendly environment, Great location...Close to mall, restaurants and many stores, management is very friendly and approachable

Cons

Lot of older people, Not good company for recent grads because they don't have a lot of entry-level positions available
