Pros

Has well known heritage brands

Cons

Unclear priorities from the company, other than sell more. Product teams are extremely controlling, not letting cross-functional teams contribute. Many efficiency barriers leading to daily work being a challenge.

Pros

President is really sharp and great. Great human New external VP hires have been good adds across the org Work life balance is almost too good Small so it's not political or beaurcraritic.

Cons

Complacency Need better product talent as majority only know RO and they aren't Kellogg or HBS level Most SVPs would not shine at bigger orgs, one or two would. They don't rank on the same level with the ones I've worked with at larger orgs. Product needs to reorg bc nobody is moving the needle at all esp spray paint. Zero diveristy Pay is horrendous for many mid level folks
