Solid hands on work experience for beginners Many Company meals Free coffee in cafeteria Hard working employees Lots of overtime

Cons

High turn over Not enough staff for the amount of work Low pay Long hours Poor work conditions Lack of formal training Micro Managing Friends of the upper management do what they want while others get tasked to do their work.

Good pay after getting hired on after years of being a temporary associate. Working independently was nice. Most supervisors were really nice.

Cons

Work you forever as a temporary associate. You have to literally kiss their butt to get hired on.
