It's a great job if you are a good talker and get buddy buddy with management. You'll get paid well and don't have to work.

Cons

They treat their long-term employees like trash. Give new employees raises while not giving their current employees decent compensation. Forcing insane amount of overtime during a pandemic. Want everything to run like new but won't buy new machines. The whole place is filthy and just trash.

Cons

Pay scale is secreative, they make maintenance personal do production work. Work 12 hours with an UNPAID 30minute break. Dirty equipment/environment. Parts room is very unorganized.
