Pros

Rust-Oleum is a great place to work. Good work life balance and coworkers are respectful.

Cons

Pay is middle of the line. Could likely go somewhere with higher compensation but it’s an okay trade off given the company culture.

Pros

Quarterly profit sharing, decent starting wage, affordable, better than average insurance, yearly raises. Two weeks of pto yearly at start of the year.

Cons

Little room for advancement, deadend-ish type job, good performance is under appreciated, no incentive to go above and beyond except for self satisfaction/pride. Retention problems.
