Pros

Company has long standing history.

Cons

Very small operation in Atl. was once known as Synta. Was not set up to handle volume of calls. Management did not know what to do. No training for the position I was put on phone the 1st I started. Set up to fail.

Pros

Collaborative environment, gain exposure to a lot of different areas within the company

Cons

Poor management and training: I worked there for 1 year and never had any type of performance review. Training was all done by co-workers and there was no basic training that is common in many other workplaces. Stagnated growth: there was not a lot of opportunity for growth

The people - very friendly workforce but at the same time, very professional and hard working.

Cons

So far cannot think of any thing negative to say - so far has been a great place to work.
