generous benefits, nice HQ, global company

Cons

too much emphasis on titles over skills or abilities, tribal, sales is king and everyone else sucks, pay is not competitive, what's on paper is not necessarily practiced

Pros

Collaborative working environment, friendly coworkers, and superb marketing department. Rust-Oleum dominates the consumer diy market segment generating an energy/excitement that runs throughout the culture of the company.

Cons

Rust-Oleum is a marketing driven company. Not for seasoned scientists but great for entry level recent grads.
