Pros

The company owns the market.

Cons

Watch out for the old boy network and age discrimination especially if you are a woman. The company has great company outings until the department leaders start acting like high school drooling boys.

Pros

generous benefits, nice HQ, global company

Cons

too much emphasis on titles over skills or abilities, tribal, sales is king and everyone else sucks, pay is not competitive, what's on paper is not necessarily practiced
