Pros

Great Company Overall and Great Products. Great sales training department Great branding.

Cons

Lack of actual rules/guidelines on field sales team. Make up new rules as they go and things change constantly. Lack of direct communication. Career opportunities only occur when someone retires or quits. People in the home centers team have been around for years with no movement and very little pay increases. Salary for the coatings industry is very low. Lack of focus or actual need for field sales employees. Micro-management is a major problem.
