      Pros

      As long as you work there is great job stability and room for advancement. Kind people. A place to meet many life long friends. Many people have been here over 20 years. Excellent health benefits and vacation days. The students are some of the best.

      Cons

      Avoid legacy UMDNJ schools. Little things we've seen indicate the corruption and culture are still as strong as ever post merger. It will take a while for things to change on the UMDNJ side. These are all of the health sciences school. Traditional Rutgers schools great!

      Excellent benefits package. Unlimited educational and professional development resources.

      Position is grant-based and employment status is tenuous for such positions. Following the filing of LEGITIMATE complaints to the Corporate Compliance Hotline, this employee has been targeted by administration and currently works in a hostile and retaliatory environment.

      Great team to work with and good experience. It is nice to interact with the Rutgers Community.

      When there is a large influx of workers it is hard to get hours but any hours are better than no hours.
