Pros

The salary is good. All I can really say here.

Cons

I’ve been here for a long time in RxVantage time and from the time I started, I’ve been belittled in meetings, especially by my superiors. When interviewed I was told “we’re all about culture” that couldn’t be further from the truth. Feedback doesn’t go to me either. It goes through the grapevine and then I hear it from several people. This company is not well put together and I agree with another commenter, the owners put on a good show but the belittlement comes from the top.

Pros

None. This place is absolutely terrible.

Cons

Everything. Start with the top. Two brothers running the company and are completely entitled. They just laid off 20+ people yesterday. Stay away. They are going nowhere fast. It's a terrible culture.

Pros

I thoroughly enjoy working for RxVantage. I love how small we are in terms of company size and how closely knit we are. Here at RxV we all help cross-functionally across the business at some capacity which means we work together and support each other even outside of our main domain. While compensation, work -life balance and benefits matter to us all so does the company mission, product, and company culture. Here our CEO and CTO fully stand behind the mission, product, culture and most importantly the people.

Cons

We work together which means we support our colleagues outside of whats written in our job description. We move as a unit and we get results as a unit. For some this is a con because teamwork is very essential here and we hold very true to collaborating and working together. If you are someone who likes to fully work independently and have minimal contact with team mates then this is truly not the place for you. I find this to be a pro however I can see it as a con as well for someone who prefers more of an independent, closed-off work environment.
