Pros

Training program is industry leading in both Sales and Production. Autonomy to do your job how you would like, as long as you can produce. 80% of upper level management is promoted from within. If you have the right direct manager, your job doesn't feel like a job.

Cons

Metrics (KRA's) get tighter every year almost to a fault (I.E. cost cutting, tighter schedules, and higher quality score thresholds at the same time). If you have the wrong direct manager, your job feels very unstable. Depending on the time of year, work life balance ebbs and flows dramatically.

Pros

Great benefits, exceptional quality of their product, excellent training program

Cons

Lack of professional ethics, poor management support, if you don't "fit the mold", you'll be gone before you know it

Pros

Great opportunity to make good money! Must work 3 weekends a month but the hours are pretty good...30-35 hours/week. Everyone is really friendly and always there to help. Management is aware of the value of work/life balance. When you are off work, you are off. They do not bother you. Awesome resources and training! The sales team is competitive but in a good way...not cut-throat at all. Management is very responsive and quick to help if you are struggling in any way.

Cons

You have set goals that you must make or you get put on an action plan and if you don't improve, you will be let go.
