Pros

I made a few good friends but can't even say the discount on a house was a pro since they screwed that up. I did have autonomy in my job, but most didn't.

Cons

Be sure to take all of your vacation time before you leave because they won't pay me for what I earned and didn't use. Management has their favorite people and it shows in community assignments and approving deals and just about everything else. Management has not figured out that happy employees will go the extra mile for you and help your business be successful, so they cut corners and treat people like they are dispensible so those people feel dispensible and learn not to vest too much because no one cares or notices anyway. They also pay less than other builders and expect more work from you. They just raise the quota and divide the money over more sales. If they don't want to give you a raise, they make up an excuse and call it a policy.
