Pros

Local, close to home. Decent pay

Cons

Management is terrible, favoritism is shown, if your selling your their best friends and if your not selling like they want you to, you become their worse enemy and will look for any reason to let you go. They only reason i stayed as long as I did was Bc of the paycheck! Yes you will make decent money but the headache, stress and treatment will come along with that. If your thinking about leaving your job for this job Bc of the money, do yourself a huge favor and DON'T DO IT!!!

Company with great systems, but poor employee relations

Pros

Excellent Sales & Marketing training - comprehensive training at corporate offices. Great first job within the industry because of the systems they have created (i.e. production processes, paperwork reporting, etc.)

Cons

Very little advancement opportunity (they promote from within and it is often pre-determined without open interview process). In general, upper management treats employees like commodities, which is very demotivating. Poor work/life balance - if you have a personal life, think twice.
