Pros

It has been so long since there have been any, I am at a loss. Some of the employees are the best people you would ever meet. They deserve better, much, much better.

Cons

The drama and infighting within management, and field personnel is ridiculous. The Northern Virginia area is crumbling under mis-management, hidden agendas and compulsive lying to all their employees. They take employees, pretend their on the "fast track", and load on excessive work with absolutely no intention of promoting them. There is absolutely no diversity, and it shows.

Established company. Well recognized. Good marketing budget. Lots of communities in the area. Work long hours and good training for someone starting out

Cons

Quota system for pay. They play with you quota so you WILL NEVER make great money. Just ok money. You will not stay long. They move you every few months. No work/life balance. Worst construction in industry. So many complaints from customers that you will spend your entire day dealing with the quality of the product

Misleading Hiring Process for Sales Assistant Position

The hours are good. Required to work only 2 weekends a month.

Cons

3 hour interview process leading to only a temporary position. Told to work part time as temp (with their suggested Temp Agency) until Corporate approved new hire funds. Scheduled 30 hours a week for the first month (lots of people of vacation), 2nd month scheduled to work a TOTAL of 7 days! Purposely misrepresented/dishonest about position available (in this case no "real" job was being offered).
