Great Company Outings. You were rewarded monetarly by the job that you preformed. Sales Management Team allowed you to do your job, and do what was necessary to close a sale.

Cons

Ryan had allot ot cliques. At time regardless of your performance those who sucked up the most got the best properties and the best opportunites. If you were excellent with politics you were taken care of better than those who were hard workers.

NO Work/Life Balance Management have their favorites and will keep them in good communities. They raise the Quotas and you make less per sale They favor Female Reps who are single or breadwinner in their family since they are dependent and emotional. They can Enforce their training and their tactics. Lots of Drama since majority are women and they all gossip and talk behind each others back. If you don't fit in their " Profile" you are out of luck They ask you to lie to get sales They intimidate you at every one-on-one meeting with your manager and you will be HARASSED if you don't follow. Be careful as what you share, it will be USED against you !!! Lack of opportunities to move up or other departments within the company So Good Luck!!!

They have a nice assortment of benefits to choose from. The model homes are cleaned by an outside company.

Cons

Management encourages a culture of back-stabbing and lets employees steal other locations customers. Motivates by threats, shame and intimidation to force everyone from voicing their opinion. Very unprofessional, no local HR to report misconduct to. They do not care if you make a dime. You are 100% commission and 100% disposable. You can very easily end up owing the company money if you are not in a producing neighborhood. Management has too much control over your success, it is all based on where your location is and management will change your location on the managers whim of the day. They hire mostly women who are in desperate situations that they can intimidate.
