Pros

Great work/life balance. If you're a motivated employee with the willingness to get your work done you will thrive. The MyRyan program is ingenious and very rewarding. Monthly company calls with the CEO/Founder with live questions and updates on our progress, which is greatly appreciated given his busy schedule. I love working here, and it would take a lot for me to leave. If you're thinking about working for Ryan, DO IT.

Cons

Pay is a bit lower then some of our competitors, and merit raises can be a bit low at 2%-3% annually when some of my colleagues at other firms get 5%, but Ryan is consistent in giving market adjustments when they see their pay is on the low end in certain markets.

Pros

Depending on what department you work in, you can utilize MyRyan, which will allow you a flexible schedule.

Cons

Career opportunities are very limited. I was told that I was “guaranteed” a position, yet it never came to fruition after half a year. One of my biggest mistakes was faithfully trusting executives, and believing the company wanted to help me grow. I wanted to grow within the company, and I have tried to prove myself. I feel like I've been fighting to be a part of a club that doesn't want me, and I'm questioning myself if this is even worth it. For a long time, I respected Ryan, because I felt like it was different from other companies. I was under the impression that they valued every employee. Honestly, this might work out for a select few.
