Pros

I had a fantastic team! We relied on one another and had each other's backs. I developed some great friendships that will last a lifetime.

Cons

The leadership at Ryan is looking out for themselves and the trickle down effect is detrimental. I understand that tough decisions have to be made for the greater good of the company, but they make decisions with the outcome ensuring they stay in the limelight, regardless of who it pummels in the process. A company of their size sound not have top leaders in the weeds with approvals of everything (and I do mean everything). They have favorites and those folks are untouchable, no matter how many ethics complaints are made to HR about them. There are unethical practices in every department of the company with the mindset of "oh well, this is how we have always done it". I think everyone knows that people are afraid to give true feedback, so when it comes to the MANY survey's employees are asked to complete, it's best to just say everything is dandy and move on.

Pros

The company culture is great and you gain good experience. Its a great place to start your career. I was on a good team which very much helps. Company is recession/pandemic-proof and has never done any big layoffs.

Cons

Just like most companies, they don't like to give significate raises which forces employees to look elsewhere or get pouched from competitors. Brint Ryan also is the final decision maker on EVERTYHING. While this might have worked when the company was smaller, with the current size and trying to become IPO ready, it will not work and really slows things down. Also, Brint does bribe his employees for good glassdoor reviews by giving everyone in the company a week off for "Summer Vacation".

Pros

Schedules here are very flexible. That’s the only perk.

Cons

This place is a complete joke. It’s all politics and all In who you know. I’ve been with this company for years and I’m still at the position where I’ve started from. None of the mangers have your back when it comes to hands On things. I’ve actually had to train a few managers on things. Some of the managers that work here are not familiar with the operating system. I’m Under paid and over worked. It’s really pathetic that’s it’s picks and choosing about promotions etc. what’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong. This company definitely only sees one color in the crayon box.
