Pros

Flexible work hours, ability to work from home, no micro-managing, good salaries and earning potential, room to grow, advancement opportunities, everyone treated equally philosophy

Cons

The employee cost for medical insurance for spouse and/or family is very high. Much higher than every company I've worked for in 35 years. The co- payment plan is not affordable. The other choice is a high deductible only plan which is affordable monthly but the high deductible is not affordable for any services. Employees in my department were mandated a regimented schedule a few months ago for no valid reason. This contradicts Ryan's company philosophy of flexible work hours depending on employees' needs and giving the employee the opportunity to get their work done while also maintaining a very flexible schedule for personal needs. Business dress code is unnecessary in most offices.

Pros

I truly enjoy working at Ryan. Here are some of the reasons why I boast about working here: - I feel valued in my role by my peers and management. - The MyRyan work structure is the best. Most of my family and friends are envious of the model. - I also enjoy the level of communication coming from our corporate office. Our CEO welcomes feedback and is open to listening to ideas brought up by employees of all levels not just the principals. - Brint is a take-action kind of guy, and I appreciate how bold he is about aspects that matter to him. - Another pro of working at Ryan is how beautiful our office is. There is a lot of natural light and the sitting was designed for everyone to enjoy the views. - There is a supporting department for pretty much every aspect and those folks really take pride in what they do. - Our AFM was held at an outside location this year and that was truly great! It really allowed us to focus on what was being shared.

Pros

Ryan has been my only job fresh out of college and I must say it does not disappoint. As someone with no prior experience in this industry, Ryan has trained me for growth. I have been given the skills and opportunity's to advance my knowledge and career in this industry. As a young professional Ryan offers many great perks that I was not use to receiving, such as: my Ryan, bonus allocations, and Ryan innovates. My Ryan makes life immensely easier by letting you work around appointments or just staying at home to work due to unforeseen circumstances . As someone who has only been out of college for a couple years the bonus allocations have been an awesome addition. It lets you know that your hard work is appreciated. The bonuses especially help me in order to pay off my student loans quicker then expected. Ryan Innovates is also another pro to this company. It allows employees to voice their ideas/opinions on a platform that gives feedback from all levels. This is a great place to work and I look forward to many more years.

Cons

I have no cons about this company. The only suggestion I would like to make would be to have a casual dress policy.
