      Pros

      Room for growth Never dull I can't think of anything else. There asking for 20 words at minimum. I'm just trying to fill space.

      Cons

      Overly worked Low pay Long hours Lack of proper training The training really needs some work. They tend to throw you on the floor and expect you to learn.

      I loved working for Ryder for many years

      Pros

      I was Proud and enjoyed working for Ryder for many years. They were a company that took care of their people and acknowledged them. We worked but also had fun days, meetings telling about the business, picnics and even once a train ride to take us to dinner and shop.

      Cons

      Then things changed and all that seemed to matter was the bottom line in $$. Now people are overworked underpaid and not recognized for the great jobs they do. It is now a place if overwork and stress that most people are now trying to leave. That is sad.

      Pros

      Easy to get hired. Work is relatively easy, Low to moderate supervision. Get paid every week. Overtime gets offered on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Management appears to have no desire to enhance human interactions with the employees. Disorganization and constantly changing work duties on a regular makes it hard to function properly, Very structured.
