Does not re-hire alot so when people leave you tend to get stuff with the work continuously. After 2 years it becomes too much

Lack of SOP. Lack of support from corporate office. Lack of sales / marketing materials. Lack of standardized processes & pricing. Many tasks require reaching out to WFH or support center employees... response times are getting worse and worse and the demeanor with response is becoming bitter. NO TRAINING PROVIDED.
