      Man, working at Ryder is like watching a circus—except nobody knows what they’re doing. The management? Absolutely clueless. Communication is nonexistent, and they expect miracles without providing the right tools or support. Every day feels like a new level of frustration. If they ran things with half as much common sense as they expect from employees, maybe this place wouldn’t be such a disaster.
