      Pros

      Always a new challenge servicing ryder equipment as the customers have all brands and different types of equipment.

      Cons

      Facilities are somewhat osha safe but are severely outdated. Now starting to go with the trend of hiring managers from out of this work field to manage what they know nothing about.

      lays good foundation for multiple business experiences and skill sets. You will learn a from the company and its customers that translate to any business environment.

      Cons

      company politics. Its not what you know or what you do but who likes you. Keep your mouth shut, go with the flow and you will have a job. Go against the grain and find yourself outside the circle. Promotes Inclusion but doesn't support it. Decisions are made by a select few.
