      Pros

      Great training programs and they pay a fair wage. Hard to make T4 in the shops with a boat load of T4s. I had the pleasure of working with some great people at Ryder.

      Cons

      Weekends and second shift for years, but that is the business. Lot of turn over in the new hires.

      Strong sense of team, steady work, always busy with continuous learning opportunities!

      Cons

      Little to zero organization, lack of guidance, minimal training and development. There is a reason that theses positions have such a high turnover rate! They continuously set people up for failure with their lack of training and development!

      Challenging environment; many very strong resources to learn from; opportunities for broadening skillsets through internal movement and advancement

      Cons

      Staffed thinly so no buffer when issues arise resulting in longer hours and fire drills; employees don't always feel that efforts are appreciated.
