Insurance is cheaper because of the union contract.
Cons
Shop is a revolving door. It’s union. Pay is way lower than a non union shop. Shop has screwed up hours to cater to the bakery. Second shift gets the screwed up shifts. You start on afternoons in the beginning of the week and then end up working first shift by the end of the week.
