Pros
Good pay, great benefits. Great training. Work on all vafiety of equipment. Great co workers. Most of the time. All depends on location. Overall great place to work for. Just management needs some work
Cons
Management. To much micromanaging. Cheap on buying parts and shop supplies. Computer systems constantly fail and go down. Your seen as a number not a person. Gotten real cheap over the years. Managers can be cheap. Dont fix own service trucks. Managers play favoritism with employees. It all differs at which location. Training is hard to get to. Barely any employee appreciation. Know it all techs with throw you under the bus. Low level techs doing high level work without the pay.
