Pros

They compensate you very well, and the mechanics are pretty down to earth. Other then that there's really not that to much else.

Cons

Everyone there is a backstabber in management. You can't trust no one. They act like they care about you but they don't. Make sure you only go there for your eight and then leave.

Pros

Remote work option during pandemic but many teams are going back to the office. The company is well established in Miami. F500 company.

Cons

High turnover.. Expect to work from 8am-midnight during close and 8am-8pm on regular days. Recent system implemtation created a lot of new tedious manual labor. Not great for career development. Accounting department works until midnight during month end and for special projects. My former boss would yell at me and other team members on a regular basis in 1-1 calls and in team conference calls. Very toxic environment even during WFH. vacation time only 10 vacation days a year for your first 5 years. My vacation time was denied multiple times even when I had a death in the family. It seems like some teams are managed better than others but knowing what I know now I would advise against joining.

Pros

Comments for professional office roles: I have found compensation to be above average, with generous bonus plan once you climb high enough. Retirement and medical benefits are not the best. Work from home friendly in most cases. Many opportunities to explore new roles. Good natured work culture that treats people with respect.

Cons

Comments for professional office roles: The company invests very little in training and development for professionals (finance, accounting, etc.). Celebrating and supporting the people that work for the company is not a cultural focus. When you start at the company or are in a new role it is very much a sink or swim mentality. All employees have too much high priority work on their plate at any given time which leads to grueling hours just to keep pace, little time to improve the work product and processes, and makes training new team members an afterthought.
