Pros
We were able to work from home and the weekly pay was nice. You also may have a lot of free time depending on what account you are on.
Cons
The management is not there for you, they are there to hang out and mingle and leave. There will be little to no support provided. You will be told to figure out a solution or an answer. Continuing with that, management does not support any career moves unless you are friends with them. Once they realize you want to move up, they will end up ruining your chances of moving within the company. Most of the workers there have little to no experience and have no clue what they are doing. It makes it extremely difficult for the employees who know what they need to do and how. Another con is the pay rate. Essentially a college grad with several years of experience will be on the same scale as a high school drop out with no experience. The raises are only maybe $500-700 a year if you get one. Lastly the turnover rate is ridiculous. During my time there I saw new faces weekly. It was not one account where people were quitting it was throughout the whole building. HR does not seem to care or bother to fix this issue and neither does management since they hire their friends on instead. Thanks for reading this all. This is pretty much standard across the board. A handful of my co-workers quit as well and can wholeheartedly agree with my statements.
