Pros

We were able to work from home and the weekly pay was nice. You also may have a lot of free time depending on what account you are on.

Cons

The management is not there for you, they are there to hang out and mingle and leave. There will be little to no support provided. You will be told to figure out a solution or an answer. Continuing with that, management does not support any career moves unless you are friends with them. Once they realize you want to move up, they will end up ruining your chances of moving within the company. Most of the workers there have little to no experience and have no clue what they are doing. It makes it extremely difficult for the employees who know what they need to do and how. Another con is the pay rate. Essentially a college grad with several years of experience will be on the same scale as a high school drop out with no experience. The raises are only maybe $500-700 a year if you get one. Lastly the turnover rate is ridiculous. During my time there I saw new faces weekly. It was not one account where people were quitting it was throughout the whole building. HR does not seem to care or bother to fix this issue and neither does management since they hire their friends on instead. Thanks for reading this all. This is pretty much standard across the board. A handful of my co-workers quit as well and can wholeheartedly agree with my statements.

Pros

There are no pros here.

Cons

Management pushes tasks down the chain of command that they are too lazy or incapable of doing. Cannot help with tasks since they typically do not know the process. Becomes toxic if you cannot finish the extra tasks promised by management, yet were pushed onto you on top of your own responsibilities. Overtime policy appears to be illegal. "The more overtime you work, the less you get paid per hour of overtime."

Pros

None as they lie to your face about everything!

Cons

They lied about everything during the interview, They micro manage everybody, senior managers play in the office while the front line supervisors do all the work. They never paid me back wages, vacation time or floating holidays. HR is a joke they are never at the office and will throw you under the bus. I relocated across the country with the promise that I would get compensated, but they 1 week later they let me go and never paid me anything. It is a very difficult time that many people are going through during COVID-19. RYDER screwed me in everyway possible. I gave up my aparment, car and job to relocate from the east coast to Texas on the promise of a sign-on bonus and great place to work. The truth is it;s a horrible place to work and the cost me thousands of dollars to take the position in Austin.
