Pros

Very flexible with time off Local position Multiple accounts to choose from

Cons

1. Zero Bluetooth policy - They expect you to drive in a truck for many hours and not talk to another human 2. Random schedule - Even though its a local position you will never have a set schedule at Rite Aid account 3. VACATION - You WILL NOT ACCRUE any vacation time the first year working here. It starts to accrue at YEAR 1 DAY 1. 4. HR and other upper management lost or dont know policy on simple issues. I signed up to do Tandem doubles ONLY. They later slip in AFTER youre working for them that you will be doing deliveries as well as the doubles route. They have three kinds and manual delivery gets paid the same as pallet pull offs. You touch every box on trailer and get paid same as a guy who has pull off loads? Crazy. We didn't get paid per hour except for vacation/holidays etc, but they gave us a "hourly pay increase from 20.00 to 20.30". Pretty much a slap in the face, a raise in a category that rarely gets paid from.
