Pros
Salary is okay, benefits are great, stable business with growth opportunities. Accrue 2 weeks vacation and 5 days sick the moment you get hired, so no waiting for that
Cons
Management seems to micromanage way too much and not focus on the bigger picture. Employees with horrible attitudes don't get disciplined because management is too busy doing the work of their employees instead of letting them do their job.
