Pros

Company events (used) to be a lot of fun. As of late, everyone is too busy to attend and enjoy most of them. You get to wear jeans daily - relaxed dress code. If you get under the right management at the right time, you could gain valuable experience but by then you'll be ready to get out of there.

Cons

Huge gap of communication between entry level employees, middle management, and upper management. HR allows corrupt, bullying managers with multiple compaints filed against them to continue working and would rather let the employees expressing concern in good faith go than address the issue. Company morale is down significantly. No one want to be there and the energy is tense and negative. The wrong people consistently get promoted due to favoritism and the hard working employees deserving of promotions are kept in lower level roles in order to get more work out of them for less. Management is like high school and extremely immature and irresponsible in their decision making. Many promises are made by directors and management that are not kept. You cannot trust anyone at this company.

Pros

Gym on site, 401k matching. Stock purchase. Depending on manager, there’s flexibility to work from home when needed. Cafeteria on campus. They preach “family”

Cons

Yearly December layoffs. Old technology. Salaries are not based on industry. No promotions. 2.5% max merit increases. No bonus for employees unless you a manager and above. Bad insurance benefits. High deductibles.

Pros

None at this location it is worst here. I would not recommend this job location to my worst enemy.

Cons

The supervisor can do and say anything they want. The supervisor can come in late and leave early. It no communication the supervisor can relay the message to a lead man. But not tell us anything and the lead man can lie and say anything. The lead man can come to work early and leave early but if somebody else do it a problem and you get talk about. And don’t miss a day of work they will talk about you like a dog not knowing what going on with you. The lead man is quick to throw you under the bus if you make a mistake but when he a mistake it get sweep under the rug. I think it time for a management change at 0377 the ways things going this location will lose a lot of good worker. Well, it’s a lot of good mechanics left already to go somewhere else better.
