      Pros

      If you can nab a good shift, the hours are awesome. If you can nab a good team, there are some real dedicated and amazing people to work with who will help you grow and prepare you for the next step in your career. It is very easy to network.

      Cons

      Middle management leaves more to be desired. Upper management is disconnected from day to day activities and can sometimes assume everything is alright unless hard evidence is given.
