Pros

People were great to work with. Some of the work is exciting and fun

Cons

Schedule not flexible Not family friendly (written up for missing time when children were sick during a pandemic! Daycares we’re not flexible at the time) Pay not up to date with modern costs of living Younger cheaper workers favored vs stronger leaders Unrealistic expectations in regards to deadlines No local advancement unless someone retires or is fired

Pros

Work hours fit within a normal time.

Cons

- Their health insurance subsidy is TERRIBLE - Their disability provider (Lincoln Financial) is negligent and doesn't help with claims, they will stonewall until the claim expires leaving you out of work due to a work injury, and a benefit that doesn't actually work. - The pay for the work is poor.
