-At times, the department that I worked in felt coddled by senior management. Granted, the team had a wide variety of experience, but there was hardly a week that would go by without a multiple page email, being sent from higher up, detailing how to complete the most common-sense tasks. It felt like there was no trust in us being able to do our jobs effectively. -Quite a few pointless meetings that were spent droning over the same 5-10 issues that might arise when recruiting candidates. -Pay was no where near compensable for the workload asked of recruiters (particularly in the driver-recruiting department, where it's high-volume / churn and burn recruiting).

Terrible shop, terrible schedule, terrible animosity, zero annual raises , had to beg for my raises I was promised for finishing training. I feel like I have hit a brick wall here, 2 years straight and I make a tad more than fast food employees I also work till 11pm every Friday, only to have to be back at 7am every saturday.
