Pros

The only good thing that I can say about this company is they have decent pay.

Cons

Everything else. No home or family time. And do NOT get hurt on the job, workers compensation will screw you over and not pay you for months and months, they do not care if you lose your home, vehicle or if you get the medical treatment you need.

Pros

Benefits are great pay is decent but should be more based on all the things they throw at you outside your job description.

Cons

Super unorganized , leadership swears they hear you and are implanting change. Change never comes for the better . Overworked . Veteran and new workers alike . Micromanagement at its finest . You’ll come in with high hopes and leave out with plenty of regrets . People drop like flies here.

Pros

Benefits are good as a full-time employee.

Cons

Management structure needs work, unlike IBM there is no open door policy, and the Top-down leadership model with in my department, only work if the Managers are highly competent leaders.
