      Pay scale is fairly decent

      Cons

      Employees don’t matter to management. HR don’t help employees with important matters such as short term disability due to unforeseen illness. Complaints to higher management also fell on deaf ears. As long as your working all the overtime your their favorite but when you need something from them they are no where to be found

      some managers are really nice

      metric driven approach, goals get higher and higher every month with less and less tools to reach goals. expectation is for recruiter to work 60 hour a week
